Meet the Team

 

  • Meet the owners.

    Clay Evans graduated from Mississippi State University in 2003.

    He began his career in construction in 2005 with Century Construction where he worked in the field for one year before being promoted to estimator/project manager. He spent the last 6 years of his time at Century as the Senior Project Manager. He has managed various projects including Design/Build, Medical, Educational and Industrial markets.

    He has managed projects from $10,000 to over $20,000,000. He and his wife Candice purchased MCB in early 2020.

    Candice Evans graduated ICC with a degree in Health Science and for the last 15 years has practiced as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.

    She now assists Clay with running the company and is the Contract Administrator.

    Clay and Candice enjoy being outdoors and both participate in hunting, camping, hiking and mountain biking and are both avid runners.

    The Evans family lives in the Union Community along with their 3 boys and 3 dogs.

 

James Roach, Senior Estimator

James graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Business Management. James has over 15 years of experience in estimating and project management. 

 

Brayden Owen, Project Manager

Brayden is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in Business Administration. He joins Master Craft with 10 years of experience in commercial construction with a background in project management.

Ben Scott, Project Manager

Ben graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in communication. Ben worked for Clark Beverage Company where he was the Sales Director of key accounts. 

 

  

Alan Moore, General Superintendent

Alan joined the Master Craft team in 2020 with over 35 years of construction experience. The last 26 years as a Project Superintendent. Alan is the General Superintendent for Master Craft where he oversees the day-to-day operations
on the job sites.

Brook Lambert, Controller

Brook has more than 10 years of experience in the commercial construction office setting. She serves as Controller for Master Craft Builders and is responsible for the financial and daily accounting functions of the company.
